APEX PumpBuddy 1"

The APEX Pump Buddy is a high volume water inlet control device. Variable adjustment between minimum and maximum water levels reduce pump run time, saving electricity, and increasing pump life. The APEX PumpBuddy ® will be closed when both weights are submerged (maximum water level). The valve will remain closed until the bottom weight is exposed (minimum water level). The valve will then open and remain open until the maximum level is reached.

Rainwater Warehouse recommends the APEX PumpBuddy as a final valve to provide make up water to rainwater harvesting systems that are directly linked to the building's water profile. When used to regulate the flow of municipal or well water supplies to a rainwater harvesting system, the APEX Pump Buddy Valve maintains pump prime, and prolongs the life of the rainwater harvesting system. The APEX Pump Buddy is essential when using a cistern or rainwater harvesting system to supplement irrigation, or reuse rainwater inside the building, home or office.
